      TRUKING’s parts washer is a stable and efficient cleaning equipment designed, manufactured, tested and accepted strictly following cGMP, GAMP, FDA and EU standards. It is suitable for cleaning and drying various types of laboratory glassware, PPbarrels, stainless steel barrels, fermentation containers, hoses, filling pumps, rubber plug hoppers, powder hoppers, freeze-drying plates and other materials. It is widely used in bioengineering, animal testing, pharmaceutical industry and other fields.

        Ø Cleaning cabin and cleaning pipeline are made of 316L stainless steel, and the inner wall mirror surface is polished to Ra≤0.4μm, with goodself-cleaning effect.

        ØThe cross drainage rib structure of the tank at the bottom of the cleaning cabin, with the drain port located at the lowest point of the tank. The cleaning water can be exhausted by itself to avoid the risk of bacterial film breeding due to water residue after cleaning.

        Ø The structure of the inclined cross bar at the top, reduces water attached to the top of the cleaning process, avoids large particles of water attached to the top, and reduces drying time.

        Ø The inclined bell mouth of the interface in the cabin avoids water residue in the nozzle; hot air is diffused to clean the interior of the cabin, avoiding direct blowing to speed up drying.

        Ø Detachable cleaning rack automatic water inlet butt jointis designed with no latch structure, to avoid the leakage of cleaning water from the latch side, achieving high efficiency of water utilization.

        Ø The hot air discharge is designed with a dehumidification cooling system, which can realize the functions of steam-water separation and hot air discharge cooling, reducing moisture content of the gas discharged into the interlayer air duct, reducing  water accumulation in the inter layer airduct, and preventing hot air from corroding the components in the air duct.

        Ø The multi-channel cleaning agent injection system canbe configured with flow monitoring to monitor the amount of injection liquid through time; and with high conductivity monitoring to ensure accurate and stable cleaning agent injection. Cleaning agent injection data is traceable and repeatable.

        Ø Independent double-channel hot air drying system, adopts PTC semi conductor ceramic electric heater, which has the characteristic of constant temperature heating, and will not produce "redness" onthe surface. It is safe and reliable, and steam heating is optional.

        Ø Double-layer hollow tempered glass door with heatinsulation, and noise reduction.

        Ø Using industrial computer precision control, and professional program design. According to different cleaning appliances, different cleaning mechanisms can be established, and different cleaning processes can be combined.

        Ø Powerful data storage, with industrial computers storage capacity at least 1,000 batches of production data.

        Ø Microsoft SQL database management software, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient data storage.

        Ø Real-time generation of beautiful and rich data information and perfect data and curve reports. Online and offline printing canbe achieved.

        Ø The automatic control system completely meets GAMP5 and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
