    TRUKING freeze drying lab was established in 2012. It mainly helps customers develop process parameters for freeze drying products in early development phase and amplified production phase.

    Now our lab owns equipment like freeze drying microscope, differential scanning calorimeter, electron microscope and Lab freeze dryer.
    Services that our lab can offer
    The freeze drying process needs to solve the problems of sterility, appearance and moisture of the products. Services that our lab can offer:
    • Freeze drying characteristics analysis of preparation prescription.
    • Preliminary process development based on freeze-drying principle.
    • Based on the process characteristics, it provides the preparation amplified production process design to avoid the product risk as much as possible.
    • Finished product characteristic analysis.

    Application: during sublimation, collapse temperature Tc can be directly observed to ensure successful sublimation.
    Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC)

    Application：

    • DSC can separate the complex phase change in frozen solution into heat capacity and kinetics, which is beneficial to optimize the formulation and process parameters.
    • The physical state and structure of frozen solution can be analyzed accurately, and more reliable process temperature can be selected.
    • The structure change according to the time and temperature can be measured, which optimizes the freeze drying temperature, so that better freeze drying cycle can be developed.
    • The freeze drying speed influence by additive and concentration can be measured, which helps reducing the cycle for new recipe or recipe development.
